FY11 Budget Deal Highlights:

For student aid, it maintains a $5,550 Pell Grant maximum for the 2011-12 award year, but eliminates year-round Pell immediately.  Contrary to last minute rumors, SEOG was NOT eliminated, but it does suffer a $20 million cut, from $757 million. 

TRIO is cut $25 million, and GEAR UP is cut $20 million.  As you know, LEAP was eliminated (-$64 million) in the March 2 CR.
